In Stykkisholmur village , board a boat for a cruise on the amazing Breidafjordur bay, a unique area of a thousand islands. The bay holds a fantastic variety of bird life, including puffins, cormorants, white tailed eagles, kittiwakes, eider ducks. Experience wonders of strangely shaped cliffs and enter a world where wildlife thrives in its own natural environment. A net-plough is cast overboard and the seabed trawled for shellfish delicacies to taste. It doesn’t come any fresher or tastier than this. Return to Reykjavik, enjoying more beauty of the area en route.
