We kindly point out that due to heavy workload caused by the eruptions in Eyjafjallajökull our calling hours are only from 14:30-16:00.  Please send us e-mail to yourcomments@icelandair.is and we shall respond as soon as we can.

However, if your enquiry is related to the eruption, please send us a letter addressed to the Icelandair Customer Relations at Reykjavik Airport, 101 Reykjavik, Iceland, but retain your receipts for now.
